Is the price on this page really the price I pay?
For a home in normal condition, the listed flat rate is what you pay. In the client's own words: prices may vary based on home condition and add-ons. If something about your home would change the number — heavy buildup, post-construction dust, extreme clutter — you'll hear it before we start, not after.
What's the difference between a standard and a deep clean?
A standard clean covers the kitchen, bathrooms, floors, dusting, trash and general tidying. A deep clean does all of that and then goes after built-up grime a routine visit doesn't reach — the hard-water film on shower glass, tile buildup, and the detail work in corners and edges. The before/after photo on this page is a deep clean. If it's been a few months, start there.
How much more is a deep clean?
A flat $75 more than the standard price for your home size, at every size on the pricing list. A 1 bed / 1 bath is $250 standard and $325 deep; a 3 bed / 2 bath is $350 and $425.
What add-ons do you offer?
Inside the fridge, inside the oven, interior windows, baseboards, pet hair removal, move-in/move-out, and same-day service. Any of them can be added to a standard or deep clean — mention what you need when you reach out and we'll quote it with your total.
Do you offer same-day cleaning?

Can you clean on a recurring schedule?
